BACKGROUND: Charmin Hibberd, Bradley University Director of Conference Facilities, presented a Site Application to amend the site of a Class I (assembly hall) Liquor License that has already been site approved for 1501 W. Bradley. Since the buildings and locations of the area have materially changed since the original site approval, the updated site area needs City Council approval. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:   There were no concerns expressed.      
      
IMPACT IF APPROVED:  Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at the amended sites.
 
IMPACT IF DENIED:   The areas that are not included in the original site approved plan will not be able to serve or sell any kind of alcohol.
