BACKGROUND: The Peoria Firefighters Local 50 has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at the Charity Street Fest Fundraiser for Ardis Foundation for Hope, Boys & Girls Club and the Gudat Foundation. The fundraiser will be held between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Security will be provided. The Peoria Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.
