BACKGROUND: The Greater Peoria Economic Development Council (GPEDC) provides regional economic development services for Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, Mason and Logan counties in the areas of business attraction, business expansion and retention, and workforce development. The presentation will highlight their activity and successes over the past year and ongoing strategy for the coming year. A copy of GPEDC’s fourth quarter 2016 report is attached.
