BACKGROUND: Thomas Signore, Store Manager, presented a request to approve a Site Application for a Class C-1 (packaged goods) Liquor License, with a Subclass 6 (product tasting) at 5001 N. Big Hollow Road. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application, contingent upon compliance with all Community Development Department Requirements. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
