BACKGROUND: Launched in 2015 through a government innovation grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Innovation Team (i-team) investigates complex local challenges, designs solutions with clear goals, and rigorously measures progress to better improve citizens’ lives. This presentation will provide an overview of both the work to date and the 2018 workplan for the i-team as the team works with internal and external partners to both leverage the proposed CSO solution for multiple community benefits and support neighborhood-scale economic development.
