BACKGROUND: Exposition Gardens, Inc. has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at a Last Bash Demo Fundraiser. The fundraiser will be held at Expo Gardens in between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. Security will be provided by volunteers. All proceeds will be donated to Exposition Gardens, Inc. The Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.
