BACKGROUND:  
The City of Peoria disposes of used cars and equipment through the auction process. This auction will include twenty-two (22) fleet cars and trucks that have been replaced. There also may be confiscated cars plus miscellaneous items from departments. Other agencies are being asked to participate. The City will administer the auction.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:  Receipt of revenues as budgeted in the City's 2014 budget.

IMPACT IF APPROVED: The auction will proceed. Receipt of revenues that were budgeted in the City's 2014 budget.
 
IMPACT IF DENIED: The auction will not occur. The items to be auctioned will remain with the City. Additional storage space will be needed and the revenues from the auction included in the 2014 budget will not be received.
