BACKGROUND: Mr. Christian Payne, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class A (tavern) Liquor License for 8012 N. Hale. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
Since this is change of use, an application for the change of use must be submitted and approved prior to the issuance of any liquor license for this location.
