Communication from the City Manager and the Community Development Director with a Request to Concur with the Recommendation from the Planning & Zoning Commission and Staff for the Following:
A. Approve a RESOLUTION Amending the Official COMPREHENSIVE PLAN for the City of Peoria to Change the Future Land Use Designation of Property Currently Designated High Density Residential to Office;
B. Adopt an ORDINANCE Rezoning Certain Property from a Class R-7 (Multi-Family Residential) District to a Class O-2 (Exclusive Office Park) District for the Property Identified as Parcel Identification No. 14-07-201-010, with an Address of 7722 N. ALLEN ROAD, Peoria, IL (DISTRICT 5)

PAST ACTIONS:
The property was annexed to the City of Peoria in 1965 and zoned R-2 Medium Density Residential. The church was constructed in the mid-1980's. In 1990 the zoning classification was changed to Class R-7 Multi-Family Residential with the adoption of the current Zoning Ordinance and map.
