BACKGROUND: Marikay Snyder, General Counsel, Petersen Companies, presented a Site Application for a Class I (stadium) Liquor License, with a Subclass 7 (assembly halls) for 8400 N. Orange Prairie Road.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT: N/A                     

 

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:   There were no concerns expressed.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED:  Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at this site.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:   This site will not be able to serve or sell any kind of alcohol.
