BACKGROUND:  The petitioner, James Tillman, is requesting to rezone the property from a Class R-4 (Single Family) District, to a Class CN (Neighborhood Commercial). 

 

The Planning and Zoning Commission VOTED 5 - 0 TO APPROVE the request.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT:  N/A

 

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  N/A

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED: The neighborhood will have increase in CN, Neighborhood Commercial zoning, which will allow for neighborhood-scale commercial uses.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:  The subject lots will remain zoned R-4, Single Family.
