BACKGROUND: Nina Tompkins, Area Supervisor, presented a Site Application for a Class C-G (gas station/convenience store) Liquor License for 7815 N. Route 91. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application, with the stipulation that the applicant adhere to Zoning Certificate No. 13-142 and all applicable Building Permits. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
