BACKGROUND: Michelle Spurgeon presented a Site Application for a Class K (rental hall) Liquor License, with a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) and a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 1009 SW Washington, contingent upon the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site Application.
