BACKGROUND: Mr. Rex Hoover, General Manager, presented a Site Application for a Class G (beer and wine only restaurant) Liquor License for 4408 N. Knoxville, Suite E (Monical's Pizza). The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval for this site application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
