BACKGROUND:  Cierra Sargent, Owner and Jeremy Sargent, Chef, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant) Liquor License, at 3127 N. Prospect Road. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
