BACKGROUND: In 2013, City Council approved changes to the zoning ordinance for the subject property, which provided for dedication of right-of-way along Lake Avenue. The attached dedication plat illustrates the proposed public right-of-way, which already contains portions of Lake Avenue.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS: None
IMPACT IF APPROVED: The Dedication Deed will be recorded in accordance with the approved development ordinance and will bring the legal right-of-way into alignment with the existing street and property layout.
IMPACT IF DENIED: The existing public street will continue to occupy private property.
