BACKGROUND: Mr. Willie Smith, Business Manager, presented a Site Application for a Class A (tavern) Liquor License, with a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) for 1923 SW Adams.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application, contingent upon the following: 1) The rezoning of the property to a commercial zoning district; 2) The issuance of a change of use by the Community Development Department; and 3) The payment of any fees or fines owed to the Finance Department.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
