BACKGROUND: Fadi Atrash, Owner, and Yousef Saleh, Manager, presented a Site Application for a Class A (tavern) Liquor License at 2027 W. Farmington Road, Unit A.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend denial of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:   There were no concerns expressed.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED:  Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold and consumed at this site.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:   This site will be able to serve or sell any kind of alcohol.
