BACKGROUND: Children's Home has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at its 50th Annual Cattle Auction Fundraiser.  The fundraiser will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight.  Security will be provided by Children's Home volunteers.  All proceeds will be donated to Children's Home Association of Illinois.  The Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.
