BACKGROUND: The Yellow Bear Foundation has applied for a temporary outdoor liquor license that will allow for the sale and consumption of alcohol at a pre/post-race Fundraiser during the Blarney Blitz 5K. The fundraiser will be held in the 600 block of SW Water St. in between the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Security will be provided by volunteers. All proceeds will be donated to The Yellow Bear Foundation. The Police Department has recommended that this license be granted.
