BACKGROUND: Rebecca Hearn presented a Site Application to expand from a Class M-1 (BYOB - Culinary Education) to a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3A (Sidewalk Café/Parklet) at 7338 N. University. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
