BACKGROUND: The Peoria Housing Authority has applied for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from the Illinois Housing Development Authority for the purpose of redeveloping the Taft Homes.
The PHA would like to provide an update and overview to the City Council on the proposed redevelopment.
