BACKGROUND: Mr. Bill Woosley, Director of Food & Beverage, Holiday Inn & Suites, presented a Site Application for a Class D (hotel) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3 (beer garden) and a Subclass 4 (ballrooms) for 7601 N. Orange Prairie Road.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:   There were no concerns expressed.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED:  Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at this hotel.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:   This hotel will not be able to sell or serve any kind of alcohol.
