BACKGROUND:
In 2001, the property was rezoned from C-1 General Commercial to C-2 Large Scale Commercial and approved as a Special Use for a Shopping Center. The shopping center is approximately 39,000 sq. ft. in size with leasable units for 20 tenants. Current tenants are comprised of offices, retail, and restaurants.

In March of this year, a complaint was submitted to the Community Development Department regarding unscreened dumpsters located along the south property line of the shopping center.
