BACKGROUND: Mr. Ronald R. Gibson, John C. Proctor Endowment Home, presented a Site Application for a Class E-1 (private club over 200) Liquor License for 2724 W. Reservoir. The request was previously approved by the City Council on June 11, 2013, but the site approval lapsed because the applicant did not operate within the required timeframe. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
