BACKGROUND: The City Manager and Finance Director will present an overview of the attached Quarterly Financial Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. As detailed in the report, General Fund revenues are approximately 1.00% under budget and General Fund expenditures are approximately 2% under budget. As a result, the statements reflect a use of General Fund balance of $772,980 as June 30, 2016.
