BACKGROUND: Fred Jackson, Owner, Pioneer University Roadhouse, Inc., d/b/a Big Juan’s Tejano Smokehouse & Cantina, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) liquor license, with a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. closing hours), a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) and a Subclass 3 (beer garden) at 7723 N. University. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting will be handed out at the Council Meeting
