BACKGROUND: Ms. Laura Tafoya presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License with a Subclass 3* (beer garden) for 7800 N. Sommer St., Suite 106. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
*Except for Subclasses 1 (4 a.m.) and 1a (2 a.m.), a site application of a Subclass 3 liquor license does not require affirmative approval by the City Council.
