The Planning & Zoning Commission found that the request met the Findings of Fact and voted 4 to 0 to APPROVE the request to rezone the property.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:  N/A

 

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS (at the Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting):  A citizen expressed concern for the lack of handicap accessible sidewalks.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED:  The property will be rezoned to Class B-1 (Central Business) District. 

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:  The property will remain as currently zoned C-G (General Commercial) District.
