BACKGROUND:
The subject property is 0.29 acres in size and located at the southwest corner of Allen Road and Alta Road. On January 14, 2014, City Council approved the purchase of the property to allow the design and construction of the intersection. The closing of the real estate transaction occurred on February 26, 2014. Now that the purchase is finalized, the city is able to complete the annexation process.

IMPACT IF APPROVED: The subject property, which is owned by the City of Peoria, will be annexed to the City of Peoria.
IMPACT IF DENIED: The subject property will not be annexed to the City of Peoria. The City will retain ownership.
