BACKGROUND: Mr. William Butler, Executive Director, Contemporary Art Center, presented a Site Application for a Class E-1 (private club over 200) Liquor License at 305 SW Water, Unit 2A. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend denial of this Site Approval, due to the life safety issues stated by the Community Development and Fire Departments. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
