BACKGROUND: As part of the continuing maintenance of the City of Peoria's building asset, cleaning of the windows is required periodically. This contract provides individual rates for semi-annual window cleaning in each building. The contract is for a three-year period with an option for two (2) one-year extensions at the discretion of the City. The Purchasing Division distributed 25 bid packages and received three (3) bid responses:

*Dave's Window Cleaning is low bidder, due to the 3% incentive given under the Local Purchasing ordinance.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: The contract is for a three-year period with an option for two (2) one-year extensions at the discretion of the City. Funding for these services is budgeted in the 2015 Facilities Operation account 101-3123-546.37-28, Police Department Account 101-2132-561.37-28, OEM Account 101-2240-562.37-14, and Gateway Account #101-3123-546.37-14.
