BACKGROUND:  
The subject property is 0.37 acres in size and located near the southwest corner of Allen Road and Alta Road.  On February 10, 2015, City Council approved the purchase of the property to accommodate right-of-way improvements at the intersection of Allen/Alta Roads.  The closing of the real estate transaction occurred on February 20, 2015.  Now that the purchase is finalized, the City is able to complete the annexation process.
