BACKGROUND: A negotiated settlement has been reached, subject to City Council’s approval, to settle the claims contained in the above-reference federal lawsuit filed by Jonathan Daniel against the City of Peoria and named individual Defendants who are current employees of the City arising from incidents that took place during March and April of 2014.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT: As per settlement agreement which is attached.
