BACKGROUND: Mr. Ed Childers, Owner, Childers Eatery, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3 (sidewalk cafe) for 5805 N. Humboldt Ave., Suite 6.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
