BACKGROUND: Banu Hatfield, Co-Owner and Briana Rhoades, Manager, Zion Coffee Bar, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3A (sidewalk cafe) for 803 SW Adams. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
