BACKGROUND:  Court & Karen Conn, Owners, Conn’s Hospitality Group, Inc., D/B/A Obed & Isaac’s Microbrewery & Eatery, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 3 (beer garden) for 321 NE Madison.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
