BACKGROUND: 
The Civic Center is requesting to a
ttach a temporary wall sign, 40 x 40 feet in area, on the façade facing Kumpf; a waiver from Section 17.22 j, which requires adherence to Section 17.10.c.(1) a.,  to allow more than one temporary sign per frontage; and to allow signage exceeding 20% of the façade.

The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 to approve the request.

IMPACT IF APPROVED: A temporary sign, 40x 40 in size will be permitted as requested.
