BACKGROUND:  Auturo Vargas, representing Casa de Arte, LLC, presented a Site Application for a Class A (tavern) Liquor License, with a Subclass 1A (2:00 a.m. hours) for 306 Pecan.  The Liquor Commission voted 2 to 1 to recommend approval of this Site Application at the August 1, 2016 meeting.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meetings are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:   Two neighboring business owners spoke in regards to the request.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED:  Alcoholic beverages can be sold and consumed at this business.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:   This business will not be able to sell or serve any kind of alcohol.
