BACKGROUND: The Peoria Housing Authority recently announced that they had entered into an agreement with the Springfield Housing Authority to provide assistance for a period of time as they transition through a change in leadership. At the request of Councilman Grayeb, Peoria Housing Authority Board Chairman Jim Fassino will attend the Council meeting to discuss this issue.
