BACKGROUND:  Attorney Bob Hall and Michael Binstein, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class C (packaged goods) Liquor License at 2601 W. Lake, Suite A1-B, contingent upon the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this site Application.    The Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT:  N/A

 

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  Three local liquor business owners spoke in opposition of the site application.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED: Alcoholic beverages can be sold at this establishment.

 

IMPACT IF DENIED:  This site will not be able to sell any kind of alcohol.
