BACKGROUND: Ed Childers, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) and a Subclass 3A (sidewalk café) at 5201 W. War Memorial Dr., Unit 206. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
