BACKGROUND: The Class L Liquor License was adopted to permit the applicant to make one annual license application for all of its scheduled events where alcoholic beverages will be sold and/or consumed. The requirements of this license provide that the applicant, P.A.C.E., will present a schedule of events to be approved by the City Council. The attached schedule lists the 2020 yearly events put on by P.A.C.E.
