BACKGROUND: Sam Zabek, Owner, presented a Site Application for a Class B (restaurant, 50% food) Liquor License, with a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) and a 3 (beer garden) at 7301 N. Radnor Road. The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
