BACKGROUND: Due to the Early Retirement Incentive, the City anticipates the retirement of several key executive level employees over the next year. The City has used the services of executive search firms in the past to fill key leadership positions. Nineteen (19) Requests for Proposals were sent out and six (6) responses were submitted by the following vendors:
