Communication from the City Manager with a Request to APPROVE the 2021 ANNUAL CITY AND COUNTY JOINT LEGISLATIVE AGENDA.

BACKGROUND:
Staff and Council were asked to submit legislative proposals for consideration to be included into the 2021 City of Peoria Legislative Agenda. The following attachment includes the legislative items and capital projects that the City would seek support from our local legislative delegation.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: The legislative proposals would provide financial relief to the City.
NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:
IMPACT IF APPROVED: The 2021 City of Peoria Legislative Agenda will be shared with the Peoria State Legislative Delegation.
IMPACT IF DENIED: The Council will not have a Legislative Agenda for 2021.
ALTERNATIVES: Council could add or remove items from the agenda.
