Communication from the City Manager, Director of Public Works, and Finance Director/Comptroller with a Request to RECEIVE and FILE a REPORT from the ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (IDOT) Titled DOCUMENTATION REVIEW #73.

BACKGROUND:  The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) presented the City of Peoria a report titled, Documentation Review #73. At the direction of IDOT, this report is being presented to the City Council at the first regular meeting after receipt of the report. The report covers receipts and disbursements of State Motor Fuel Tax funds by the City for the period January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2019. The report is a documentation review conducted by the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Local Roads and Streets. An audit will be performed at a later date by an auditor from the Bureau of Investigation and Compliance. Please see attached Report.
