BACKGROUND: Liquor Commission Case No. 22-05. Willie and Shonta Simmons, Owners, N & Out Market, LLC, presented a Site Application for a Class C-1 (packaged goods) Liquor License to an existing convenience store. He said he wanted to sell liquor, wine, beer, and spirits. The Commission voted 3-2 to approve the request. Minutes, application, and letters are attached.

NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS:  Letters of opposition and letters of support were received.

                     

IMPACT IF APPROVED: Alcoholic beverages can be sold at this establishment.
