BACKGROUND: John “Jack” Berres, Owner, Pack Bars, LLC, presented a Site Application for a Class B-1 (restaurant, 25% food) liquor license, with a Subclass 2 (live entertainment) at 107 SW Adams.  The Liquor Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of this Site Application.  Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
