BACKGROUND: Willie and Shonta Simmons, Owners, TNT Tires & Auto, Inc., d/b/a TNT Outlet, presented a Site Application for a Class C-1 (packaged goods) Liquor License at 2203 SW Jefferson. The Liquor Commission voted 3 to 2 to recommend approval of this Site Application. Minutes of the Liquor Commission Meeting are attached.
